Boards will be required to present their collected work
orally. The procedure for planning the oral presentation
follows.

the journal is completed and submitted, the team meets
to review and plan the content of the oral presentation.

working
with a 20 minute time limit, the team makes a careful
selection of those elements of the topics researched and
compiled for a coherent summary of what they learned

the
team summarises the content and prepares notes on the
general ideas to be presented

the
team refers correctly to those sources deemed informative
and critical to a better understanding of their topic

the
team rehearses their topic aloud, with each
other as critical audience

the
team separates content such that each member has
a chance to speak and presents their work to the
rest of the class
