 Hope that in 2004, altogether we will contribute to more awareness and to more actions for protecting our nature and environment and to preparing future generations!!!!!

Within the framework of AUI CEIRD paper recycling program and environmental awareness in collaboration with the AUI Ground and Maintenance Department, I invite all community to contribute to this program through implementing best practices for discarding wasted paper material.

Selective bins are installed in strategic sites:

Site 1: the academic area (hall of building 4),

Site 2: students' dormitories (Building 35),

Site 3: students' dormitories (Building 18),

Site 4: faculty housing (hall of building 30)

We would appreciate your contribution by putting selectively the various paper categories: newspapers, magazines, used academic paper and packaging cardboard

Our goal is to collect at least 10 tons of paper material that will be recycled.

Furthermore, we encourage you to contribute to this campaign through the purchase of recycled paper for packaging from our bookstore so we can reduce plastic bags' pollution.

Thank you for your continuous support in protecting our environment.

Please note that the CEIRD will be pleased to consider any suggestion or idea related to recycling issue and to work with you to implement it.
