If you have any event or need some arrangement, your request should be sent 48 hrs before the date of the execution to gmhelp.

Please be informed that, the temperature of the board room depends on the outside temperature, thus, if it's cold outside, the room needs more time to warm up; for this reasons, please send your reservation to gmhelp two hours before use.

The AUI vehicle is at your disposal, so to respond to all your requests, make sure to plan and send your van reservations at least 48 hours in advance. The voucher request must reach the department before the execution.
