School of Science and Engineering (SSE)

Undergraduate Studies

At the undergraduate level, the school offers three Bachelor of Science (BS) programs:

• a BS in General Engineering (BSGE) with a concentration in computer science
• a BS in Computer Science (BSCSC)
• a BS in Engineering and Management Science (BSEMS)

The School of Science and Engineering also offers combined BS/MS programs in the following areas:

1. Computer Science
2. Software Engineering
3. Computer Networks
4. Software Engineering and Management Science
   

These programs give the students sufficient breadth to quickly learn new technology and have great potential for career advancement. The School is continuing to work on offering new majors and concentrations in engineering.

First and foremost, our programs are designed to graduate engineers who can analyze/synthesize situations, who can find solutions to problems, who have a high degree of initiative, creativity and rigor, and who favor working in a team.
