Training
Training is part of the core support activities. Indeed the potential tenants are young, freshly graduated from scientific universities and often lack work and management experience; therefore they need an intensive training and support program.
Our training program will not be only academic, but also based on knowledge transmission and experience sharing.
The program consists of the following items:
- Mentoring: each entrepreneur will have a permanent mentor during the incubation period. These mentors, successful business leaders, will actively support tenant companies by organizing follow up meetings and evaluations.
The mentors will also be directly involved in the execution of the project, and may assist tenants in any other critical issue.
The business leaders will mainly come from professional associations such as CJD (young leaders association), R&D Maroc (research and development association), APEBI (technology association).
- Coaching and training: most of the time with a scientific or technical background, our tenants do not have a systemic thinking and our mission is to give them solid basis on practical management techniques to run a company in the Moroccan market.
The incubator team will organize training session on marketing, financed, communication and management skills. However, if tenants have a specific need, training sessions can be organized and provided by our three schools.
In addition to training sessions, the incubator’s team will coach the tenants on a regular and day to day basis.
We have defined different fields that need training: Project management, Marketing and commercial skills, ICT training, Quality process, personality development…
Training and e-learning tools will also be available on our Intranet.
- Consulting and accompaniment: besides the incubator’s staff there will be external consultants who will provide advices and support to the tenants.
Consultants will also have to transfer their know-how to the permanent incubator team.
There are many other factors contributing to the tenants’ training such as seminars, meetings, workshops, fares…
Thanks to the permanent monitoring, we will be able to detect most of the tenants’ specific needs, and therefore propose an adequate training program to them from our wide range of offered services (consulting, training, ICT solutions…)
