Our Programs
The Action Plan is implemented through Euro-Mediterranean Academic, Industrial and Institutional Partnerships and aims to:
- create Human, Structural and Social Capital; and
- accelerate the diffusion of Digital Innovation in Enterprises, mainly SMEs, in Public Institutions and in the Society as a whole.
The action plan covers four integrated actions focused on individual and organizational change:
- in Business (Tourism & Handicrafts, Agrifood & Fisheries, Textile, Intelligent Logistics, Aeronautics, Business Services);
- in Government (National and Regional).
In particular, the action plan of the Mediterranean School in e-Business Management includes four integrated and interconnected actions.

Action 1 - International Master in Digital Innovation and Change Engineering (IMeBM)
This Action aims to create e-Business Innovation Engineers and Change Managers able to integrate organizational processes and digital technologies to adopt new business configurations.
Two editions have been conceived and launched so far, involving students from Morocco, Tunisia, and Jordan:
- Edition 2006: 5 Students from Morocco
- Edition 2007: 14 Students from Morocco, Tunisia, and Jordan
A Next Edition 2008 will start in January 2008

Action 2 - e-Business Readiness Programs (eBRP) – Digital Innovation Lab in Casablanca
This Action aims to realize joint training, sensitization and Capacity Building projects, involving market and institutional stakeholders, with a particular focus on SMEs.
The starting phase of the e-Business Readiness Programs is a training program conceived to create the first nucleus of a self-replicating network of e-Business SMEs tutors, following a cascade-like pattern of diffusion.

Action 3 - Digital Innovation in Industries and Public Administration – Joint Research Lab on e-Business Solutions
The Action aims:
- to develop a hub of scientific, technological and entrepreneurial competences, in Digital Innovation and Private-Public Management areas, enabling the transition from conventional Business to e-Business;
- to demonstrate the benefits of Digital Innovation through pilot projects in agrifood, tourism and public administration;
- to support SMEs’ creation, collaboration and networking among Italian, Moroccan and other Mediterranean businesses.
Currently two research teams are working on two different but interrelated projects:
- Project 1: A Preliminary study for the design and implementation of innovative and distributed decision making models for local government in Morocco;
- Project 2: Methodologies and tools enabling the transition from Business to e-Business.
Action 4 - Virtual Global Learning Environment Enabling Digital Innovation
To realize and launch a “Portal” conceived as a Virtual Global Learning Environment composed of a distributed network of Experiential Laboratories and connected to Back-Office technological platforms and infrastructures. This e-Learning Portal will operate as an “intelligent” interface” to create competencies and skills necessary to activate and manage ICT-enabled change processes.
