V. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

The deadline for submission of the application to the MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain program is June 15th, 2011

All application and material must be sent to the above address. Once the application is received, an acknowledgement of receipt is issued stating whether the application is complete or incomplete. Applicants are highly encouraged to submit applications well before the deadline to allow time for proper processing.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST

�� Completed Admission Application Forms (Form 1 & Form 2)
�� Official transcripts of all university‐level institutions attended.
�� Certified copy of Moroccan Licence, or equivalent
�� Certified copy of High School Diploma
�� Statement of Corporate Support (Form 3)
�� Two (2) recommendations in sealed and signed envelopes (Form 4)
�� Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) for alumni of non‐English teaching
institutions.
�� Two (2) certified copies of National Identity Card or Passport
�� Eight (8) passport‐size color photographs (one to be attached to this application
package)
�� Birth certificate in Arabic and French for Moroccan candidates
�� Curriculum Vitae
�� Four (4) essays and any other additional supporting materials
�� 500 MAD (Moroccan Dirhams) Non‐refundable application fee

The Graduate Admissions Committee will review only complete applications that include all
required documents.

A decision to admit an applicant will be made after:

o Review of the admission application package,
o Interview at Al Akhawayn University.

Applicants will be notified by mail and phone.
