Women’s Day

Azrou Center for Community Development celebrates the 5th edition of Women’s Day under the High patronage of Her Royal Highness, Princess Lalla Meryem, on March 8, 2007.

The theme of the event is: " Women of the Middle Atlas: success stories ", which will be an opportunity to show the achievements carried out by the Middle Atlas women for the local and regional development.

Women’s Day will pay a tribute to the Middle Atlas women and put forward the efforts and the challenges reached by active women in various fields (business women, writers, professors, doctors, lawyers, artists or simple activists for life and dignity).

This day will also be an opportunity for Azrou Center to raise funds to finance its various development projects.

Founded by Al Akhawayn University, Azrou Center orients its activities towards social and educational services in favor of Azrou population, and particularly women and unemployed graduates, to give them the means to improve their educational, social and financial situation.
