Conference: Solidarity and Stewardship: Interfaith Approaches to Global Challenges.
Al Akhawayn University and The Scholar Ship Research Institute are jointly organizing a research conference entitled “Solidarity and Stewardship: Interfaith Approaches to Global Challenges”. The conference will take place from 4th to 5th of June 2007 at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Morocco.
His Excellency Akrasid Amatayakul, Embassador of Thailand in Morocco, will be one the guests of honor of the conference.
The participants will undertake an in-depth examination of interfaith issues related to migration, conflict resolution, environmental and human development, and teaching of interfaith awareness.
Al Akhawayn University serves on the Academic Governing Council of The Scholar Ship. This conference aims to further strengthen the partnership between the two organizing institutions.
