Career Talks: (top)

Different Human resources experts and heads of companies are invited to give career talks. Themes of the talks vary, but all focus on one central issue: Give students a clear image of the Moroccan job market, of recruiters' needs, and of the practical tools to lead a successful job search.

Organization of AUI Career Job Fairs: (top)

Career Job Fairs are very important meeting points for both AUI students & alumni and recruiters. The Career Orientation office has organized 3 Job Fairs since 1998 and continues, up to this date, with its contribution in the success of these events.

Career Orientation Sessions: (top)

Career Orientation sessions are conceived to help students discover their professional interests and formulate their career projects, while familiarizing them with the different techniques of recruitment and initiating them to interview situations.

Orientation sessions are constituted of three major parts:

  • Psychological Tests: which help students know their personal skills, professional interests, talents and motivations. This leads them to formulating their professional project.

  • Information on the job market: Career Orientation demystifies the different recruitment methods used by recruiters through interview simulations.

  • CV & Motivation Letter: It is an opportunity for students to learn techniques of preparing the CV and Motivation Letter that fits their professional project.
Interface between companies and aui students: (top)

The office directs companies to the AUI profile that best suits their recruitment needs. It is also responsible for disseminating information about the job and internship offers that fits with the AUI profile characteristics and needs.

Recruitment days on campus: (top)

The office organizes, following requests from companies, recruitment days that are usually preceded by a general presentation of the company concerned, and followed by tests and/or job interviews.

Trips to National Forums: (top)

The office organizes trips to national career forums, for instance, Forum Carrières, Carrefour de l’Etudiant, Forum de l’Etudiant Marocain, and Forum Ambition are offered to provide students with the opportunity to network with business professionals and obtain a valuable introduction to the job market.

Alumni career assistance: (Top)

The office keeps records of all AUI alumni in order to come up with help and advice, whenever needed. It also helps the AUI Alumni Association in building up an AUI career network with a strong and unique presence in the Moroccan job market.

AUI Profile Book: (top)

The AUI profile book is another tool to promote the AUI profile among companies and potential recruiters. It contains the resumes of AUI graduates and is distributed to business professionals and companies. The profile book allows human resources experts to draw up their own short lists of potential candidates.

Interface with the ALUMNI office: (top)

With the aim of serving the interests of both Al Akhawayn University and its alumni, the office of Career orientation seeks to maintain a continuous flow of communication between all departments of Al Akhawayn, especially with the office of Alumni Services. The office of Career Orientation coordinates with the office of Alumni all career issues that are of interest to our alumni: job fairs, alumni career follow-up, etc.
