Preamble
We, the students of Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane (AUI), determine
to establish within our student community a government that will:
- be sensitive to our individual and collective needs;
- provide an effective means of communication between the various
parts of our university community;
- strive for the advancement of our University community;
- assist in the preservation and maintenance of students' rights
and fundamental freedoms.
With a firm commitment that the students of AUI have the right and
the responsibility to make appropriate recommendations with regard
to those matters that affect them, provided that such recommendations
are not in conflict with the University regulations and policies,
we have resolved to combine our efforts to achieve these goals by
establishing this constitution for a student government association
at AUI.
