Cleanliness
Residents must not dump or deposit garbage or trash in Hallways. Residents, who fail to maintain his /her dorm area clean will be charged 100 Dh. Every resident must keep his or her room clean. Messy and extremely dirty rooms cannot benefit from the cleaning service unless the resident cleans up. Repeated violations may lead to a loss of one of the Housing privileges
Animals
For health reasons, no animal or pets of any kind are allowed in with the exception of fish in aquarium.
Bicycles
Bicycles may not be kept in student rooms or in hallways or other interior public areas.
Liability
The University shall assume no responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of personal property belonging to, or in the custody of, the student for any reason, even if the loss occurs in student’s room, public areas or elsewhere in the residence halls. Students are encouraged to keep their rooms locked at all times
