Dogs
All dogs must be kept on a leash.
No off-leash area is available at the residences.
All dogs must be vaccinated and have a good temperament.
Residents are not allowed to feed or leave food for stray cats in hallways.
Environment
The residents are requested to put their garbage in a sealed plastic bag and then put it out in the big green trash can.
The metallic trash cans are exclusively used for chimney ashes, not for any other domestic trash.
The residents should not use tree, grass or picnic tables for washing or drying personal belongings.
The residents should always keep the premises in neat, clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
Maintenance
The university is responsible for the following maintenance duties and will make sure that the work is done.
Maintenance of the premises includes; plumbing, electricity, carpentry, masonry and painting.
Maintenance of all common areas:
Pest treatment in the premises and applicable common areas is done at least twice annually.
Maintenance projects, renovation and redevelopment of the site take place whenever necessary.
Access to Apartments
The University or its authorized personnel have the right to enter the premises to perform ordinary maintenance or renovation. In such situations, The University shall provide residents with at least 24 hour notice. The notice is not applicable in case of emergency. An entry notice is left in whenever the housing or maintenance officer enters the apartment.
Residents should make sure they keep their valuable belongings such as jewelry, travel checks, credit cards, airline tickets and cash in a safe place.
