Al Akhawayn University owns and uses an academic ERP (Entreprise Resource Planning) system, named Jenzabar, for the management of your academic related affairs. The system is a portal that allows Faculty to manage the course sections you teach, interact with students, track attendance, create assignments, and more. It offers the following main services: Attendance, Collaboration, Coursework, Gradebook, My Courses, Syllabus.
The system is a portal that also allows students to access services such as enrolling in classes, managing current courses, viewing the course content and material provided by professors, submitting assignments, viewing/reserving rooms, viewing account information, viewing semester and general grade reports, and more.
