  • I have 15 years of industrial experience in multidisciplinary research and development involving the interaction between applied mathematics, optoelectronics, semiconductor device physics, laser physics, optical networking, quantum mechanics, software development engineering, computational fluid dynamics, visco-elasticity, fluid structure interactions, mass and energy transport, heat transfer, industrial engineering, biology, nanotechnology, medical science, and video game development. I also have more than 15 years of experience in teaching applied mathematics and computer science courses at different universities in Europe and North America.

  • Research areas and expertise : I have 15 years of industrial experience in: • Technology Computer Aided Design • software development for numerical simulation of: 1-microelectronic and nanotechnology semiconductor devices used in mobile telephones, computers, radar applications and in a wide range of other circuit technologies. 2-optoelectronic and photonic semiconductor laser devices used in the industry of CD-DVD players, optical fiber communication, optical networking, biomedical and other applications. 3- fabrication processes of CMOS transistors involving ion diffusion equations, oxidation equations, ion implantation, deposition, and etching models I also have strong experience in multidisciplinary research and development involving the interaction between mathematics, optoelectronics, semiconductor device physics, laser physics, optical networking, quantum mechanics, computational fluid dynamics, visco-elasticity, fluid structure interactions, mass and energy transport theory, heat transfer, industrial engineering, biology, and medical science.
