  • Youssef El Mlaki was born and raised in Tangier, Morocco. He holds a Bachelor’s in International Business Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University in Cardiff, Wales (SIST Tangier Campus), and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a Project Management specialization from the same university. Youssef has various professional experiences in various fields, mainly in Business Development, Marketing, Client Satisfaction, and Customer and Student Support. Youssef's most recent experience was as a Program Manager/Marketing and Client Satisfaction Manager with a US/Moroccan Based outsourcing firm, which saw him successfully plan, execute a manage brand-new outsourcing project. Another notably experience was as a Proposal Specialist/Manager which saw him oversee, manage, develop, and submit responses to Request for Proposals (RFP/RFQ) which resulted in +$20M annually in new business with the US Federal Government. Youssef takes a new journey with AUI eager to apply his knowledge and skills, as well as acquiring new skills and expertise to support AUI and the School of Science and Engineering in achieving its vision and mission.
