Benrqya Publishes on Costs and Benefits of Using Cross-docking Strategy

Yassine BENRQYA, Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management, recently published a paper titled, “Costs and benefits of using cross-docking in the retail supply chain: A case study of an FMCG company”, in International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management (IJRDM). The purpose of the paper is to investigate the costs/benefits of implementing the cross-docking strategy in a retail supply chain, taking into consideration a case study of a global fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company and a major French retailer.  International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management (IJRDM) is ranked among others by:  Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) Journal Quality List - B ranking; Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS, UK) and Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS) Journal list. IJRDM has a CiteScore equal to 3.02.
