Students Hajri and Ettouhami win Prizes for Solar Energy Projects

Students Noura Hajri (‘13) and Meryame Ettouhami (‘13) won excellence prizes at the national Solar Energy Competition organized by the Moroccan Agency for Solar Energy in Rabat on July 4, 2013, in partnership with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit. Hajri’s project “Design, Simulation and Performance Analysis of Closed Non-Evacuated Tube Concentrated Parabolic Through Solar Collectors Used for Industrial Facilities” won the 2nd prize, and Ettouhami’s project “An Engineering and Economic Study of a Solar Space Air Heating for a Rural Classroom in the Middle Atlas Region” won the 4th prize.
