 Program Overview

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program is designed to provide an excellent business education for Morocco’s future leaders.  It focuses on major areas of business administration such as finance, marketing, management, international business, logistics and supply chain management.Each study area has been carefully designed to help students develop the appropriate knowledge and abilities that will contribute to their intellectual growth and development, and ultimately lead them to achieve successful careers in business administration.

Intended Learning Outcomes

In line with SBA's mission, the program’s Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs) were developed by the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Committee and validated by SBA faculty members. The Program ILOs rest on the following six dimensions:

  1. Ethical: make decisions ethically.
  2. Successful: display skills and competencies of successful business decision makers.
  3. Manager: demonstrate managerial qualities.
  4. Leader: understand and demonstrate leadership qualities.
  5. Local: understand the Moroccan local business environment.
  6. Global: comprehend the global business environment.

Program Structure

The BBA Program is structured around five components:

  • The General Education requirements (GenEd).
  • The Business Common Core (BCC), which corresponds to the courses that all BBA students take, regardless of their choice of concentration or minor.
  • The First Concentration: BBA students choose one area of concentration in Finance, Management, Marketing, International Business, or Logistics and SCM.
  • The Second Concentration / Minor: BBA students may choose a second concentration in Finance, Management, Marketing, International Business, or Logistics and SCM. Alternatively, they may choose a minor in areas offered by the two other Schools (SSE and SHSS) like Computer Science, Mathematics, Human Resource Development, Communication Studies, Psychology and Leadership.

Who can Apply?

The program is open for graduates of Moroccan or International high schools interested in earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Usual criteria for admission to the School of Business Administration:

  • “Baccalauréat” delivered by an institution recognized by the Moroccan Ministry of Education, or equivalent
  • GAT or SAT.
