The AUI School of Business Administration signs a PhD co-supervision agreement with USMBA Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences

On October 26, 2021, the AUI (Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane) School of Business Administration (SBA) and the USMBA (Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah University) Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences (FSJES) have officially signed the contracts for the first batch of co-supervised Ph.D. candidates.  This agreement was signed by Dr. Hasan Baklaci, the Dean of SBA, and Dr. Mohammed Bouzlafa, Dean of FSJES-Fez, in line with their ambitions to reinforce scientific and research collaborations between the two institutions. The objective is to facilitate and intensify scientific and technical exchanges between the two institutions in all areas of common interest (i.e., the co-supervision of doctoral research work, offering the necessary support to Ph.D. candidates from faculty of both SBA and FSJES, joint organization of seminars, conferences, and other scientific and cultural events, etc.).

The agreement also offers an opportunity for SBA graduates interested in pursuing a career in academia to apply and register at the FSJES doctoral school in Fez.
