AUI classes go online starting March 18th
Considering the current Covid-19 outbreak and wishing to preserve the health of members of the community, the University has decided not to resume classes on campus at the end of the mid-semester break; students are requested not to come back to campus on Monday March 16th.
Classes will resume online on Wednesday March 18th, according to the regular schedule using the Jenzabar Learning Management System and the Microsoft Teams platform. This will continue until March 30th. The decision to extend online classes beyond this date will be made (and communicated) in due time based on the evolving situation with the Coronavirus. More technical and logistical information on virtual classrooms will be provided before March 18th.
If you have traveled to high risk countries in the last two weeks, you should self-quarantine in your homes for 14 days after your return and monitor your health situation daily, and in general follow the advice of the medical authorities. The exceptional cases who may end up staying in Ifrane will also need to be in isolation and under observation; our health services will be at their disposal.
More details on preventative measures taken on campus will be communicated by the relevant units.
We count on your voluntary diligence in following University decisions and recommendations, and we remain at your service as we manage through this phase.
