AUI De-Stress Days


The Mindfulness Presidential Initiative in collaboration with the Psychology Club organized the De-Stress Days during the finals’ week. The De-Stress Days are an opportunity for students to relax, recharge and renew their energy for the final exams. These days involved many activities that encouraged students to unwind as well as show their creative side. In addition to relieving games, coloring, and music, new activities were added this semester, such as chair massage, herbal tea and aroma therapy.


Over 300 people stopped by the De-stress days’ location and enjoyed the stress-free time and zone. AUI counselors, also, were available to listen to students and help them manage and overcome the finals anxiety and stress. The De-Stress Days brought together different members of AUI community, including students, staff and faculty, and helped them acquire new relaxing methods and skills for their lifelong use.
