Deborah Bartlett MacArthur: Leader who combines foresight methods with change management to facilitate and deliver innovative, cross cultural solutions across Africa, Asia and Americas. After 20 years successfully consulting as part of Accenture with Fortune Top 100 companies, transitioned to a career of significance in North Africa. Currently, focus on Morocco to bring global best practices in change management, hiring and development of the next generation leaders. Current motivation is to bring job creation to Morocco and Africa through private sector efforts - entrepreneurs, angel investors, and innovative talent acquisition and management methods. For Fall 2021, Faculty with the Al Akhawayn University's School of Business Administration, providing innovative courses on Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Leadership in the 21st Century. Also piloting the pre-incubation work ("germination") for the new AUI Incubator.
