I’m Rachida Oubakalla, Food quality control lab technician, Bachelor in biology in Moulay Ismail University of science of Meknes. I work in Food Control Unit Laboratory of School of Science and engineering. I was hired in Al Akhawayn University since 1st November, 1999. I have had a lot of training in medical and food microbiology laboratories. My work is to perform microbiologic testing of food served in AUI restaurant and snack by 2 privates groups Sodesco and Newrest and manage all Food Control Unit Laboratory activities.
