Q: What if I want to bring my own furniture and remove the one provided by the university?
A: Unfortunately for storage space reasons, it is not possible to remove furniture from campus apartments.
Q: What if I have a maintenance problem (electricity, carpentry, plumbing, or phone connection problem)?

Q: What if I become ill or require primary care?
A: The University Health Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Ext 2057). For emergencies after 8:00 p.m. call the housing officer on duty by dialing 555 or 3333.
Q: What if I lose my apartment keys?

Q: What if I am expecting a visitor?

Q: Where do I get tokens to operate the laundry machines?
A: Tokens are available at the campus store at 10 MAD each for full service (loading, unloading and folding) or 10 MAD for self service.
Q: What if I need to forward calls to another apartment?
A: To foreword your line: dial *53 followed by the extension to which you want to forward your phone calls and then followed by the pound sign (#). (E.g.: *53 xxxx #). To cancel call forwarding: dial #53.
