Resident AssistantSpring 2009 marked a new era in the housing department. Students started taking the lead and making new decisions within the university residential area. I f you think that this area is all about dorms, heating, leaking and sleeping; you’d rather take a deeper look around you and get connected to a new session created by the team of Resident Assistants (RAs). Residential life gave new colors to the campus thanks to the variety of activities and events planned on a weekly basis. It is not only about fun but is also about learning to live in a community, share, interact and develop your personalities within your new homes. Residence halls became a hive of activity giving birth to different activities and programs, some few to mention: mixed gatherings, tournaments, awareness campaigns, special nights and theme evenings. So whether you approve these events and participate or you want to suggest new activities to be implemented, come and learn more about your RA, get in touch with that person who is working on making your life better on campus. Here is the list of events organized last Fall 2011 and the list of profiles of all RAs around campus, get to know them and you are welcome to call them, knock on their doors to chat, complain, or congratulate!
