The apartments are cleaned once every two weeks. Cleaning is to be understood as a technical operation aiming at maintaining University property; it is by no means a complete maid service. This is why this service is provided free of charge. The cleaning schedule is posted in the entrance of all buildings. . If the assigned time is not convenient for you, Housing Services will make every effort to set a convenient time for you. Residents can also request additional cleaning services at a rate of 25 DHs per hour. Requesters should pay for the service at Housing Office in building 26 at least 24 hours in advance.

Maintenance problems (electricity, plumbing, woodwork, internet etc.) are to be reported to the Housing Officer Mr. Abdellah Berriane (

), Building 26 ext 2037, or the Housing desk 3000 and/or 700 after 5:30 PM. A Housing officer along with a Maintenance agent may have access to the apartments in the absence of residents. Residents are notified by an entry form.
The University is responsible for the following maintenance duties and will make sure that the work is done. Maintenance of the premises includes; plumbing, electricity, carpentry, masonry and painting. Maintenance of all common areas: Pest treatment in the premises and applicable common areas is done at least twice annually. Maintenance projects, renovation and redevelopment of the site take place whenever necessary.
