1. What if I have a maintenance problem (electricity, carpentry, plumbing, phone connection)?

  1. What if I have a health problem?

The University Health Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Ext 2057).  For any emergency after 8:00 p.m. call the housing officer on duty by dialing the extensions: 555 or  3333

  1. What if I lose my apartment   keys?

Contact the Housing Officer Mr. Mounir NAJI, Ext. 2061. You will be charged a key duplication or a lock replacement fee.

  1. What if I am expecting a visitor?

  1. Where do I get tickets for the laundry machines?

Tickets are available at the campus store at 10.00 DHs each for full service (loading, unloading and folding)

  1. What are laundry opening hours?

Building 36: Monday through Friday : From 07:30am to 00:00am
Saturday and Sunday:  From 09:00am to 05:00pm
Tuesday closed 
Building 38:Monday through Saturday: From 09:00am to 05:00 pm
Sunday closed

  1. What if I need extra cleaning service in my apartment?

Extra cleaning service is paid for at the Business Office (25 DH per hour). Please submit the receipt to the office of Mr. Mounir Naji in building 26 at least 24 hours in advance.

8.   What if I need to forward calls to another apartment?

To foreword your line: dial *53 followed by the extension to which you want to forward your phone calls and then followed by # (Eg: *53xxxx#).  To cancel call forwarding: dial #53.
