About Downtown Residence

Located in the center of Ifrane, Al Akhawayn University Downtown Residence is about2 minutes walking distance from the shopping area and the center of Ifrane, 15 minutes walk to Al Akhawayn University. Downtown Residence (DT) is committed to offer its residents a comfortable residential life.

A shuttle van is provided by the university to guarantee a soft commuting for students from the university to their residence every half an hour.

The residential life at DT is a great experience. Residents will experience living on their own in a learning environment and will enjoy different activities such as parties, debates, and special events)

In order to assist students, the front desk staff are happy to serve the residents round the clock (24 hours a day / 7 days a week).

We offer single rooms as well as comfortable double rooms. DT Residence rooms are heated, well furnished and have internet, phone and TV connections. The residence offers a variety of other facilities for the comfort and interest of residents: a computer lab, a lounge, a cafeteria, a study room, and a fitness room

Downtown residence is designed and customized exclusively for Al Akhawayn students in addition to faculty members and University guests. Our goal is empowering housing solutions for Al Akhawayn male students, and university guests.
