- Saisie et enregistrement des opérations comptables

- Tenue de la comptabilité générale

- Assurer le rapprochement bancaire

- La production des états comptables

- Suivi des documents en suspend et contrôle des documents comptables

- Participation aux travaux de fin d’exercice

Profil Recherché :

- BAC + 4 en comptabilité, économie, ou finance,

- Une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans un poste similaire.

- De bonnes connaissances en comptabilité, finance, et fiscalité

- Bonne communication en français

- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, tableaux de bord, et logiciels de comptabilité et de gestion).

- L’anglais est un atout.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Library Director, the Collection Development /Systems Librarian is responsible for the selection of all print and electronic library resources. This position will also be responsible for the supervision of support staff, and will be responsible for maintaining the Integrated Library System (ILS) and updating the library’s website. This position will also collaborate with Reference and User Services in implementing library technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Collection Development)

  • Evaluate current holdings against identified standard bibliographies and class syllabi
  • Recommend purchases and coordinate faculty orders for all print and electronic library resources
  • Evaluate usefulness of library gifts and donations for the collection
  • Evaluate the collection and recommend items for weeding
  • Create subject-specific online library resource guides and instructional tools to support research and learning
  • Assist in library promotion and outreach
  • Participate in library planning and policy development
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (systems librarian)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Upgrade, customize, and maintain all ILS modules
Respond to staff and patron ILS inquiries
Perform periodic system upgrades and computer backups
Maintain campus proxy server and URL link resolver
Maintain relationships with local consortium and vendors
Provide staff training sessions related to relevant new technologies,
including ILS updates
Act as liaison between the library and campus ITS department
Provide computer hardware and software support
Generate ILS and website usage statistics
Consult with staff regarding technology-based library plans
Maintain library website with updates, enhancements, and functionality
Create ILS documentation material for staff usage
Participate in library planning and policy development
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s Degree in Library or Information Science
  • BS in Computer Science or related field and relevant experience
  • Excellent English language communication skills
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with relevant library databases and reference materials
  • Willingness to learn and administer new library-related technologies
  • Ability to respond to staff and patron inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Commitment to customer service
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to a different culture
  • Supervisory experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with an Integrated Library System (Millennium ILS preferred)
  • Experience with website development and design (HTML, CSS, PHP, EZProxy,

The Al Akhawayn University School of Ifrane, Morocco, invites applications from qualified teachers for the following positions for August 2011:

 

Kindergarten and Elementary School:

 

· Prekindergarten Teacher

· K/K1 Teacher

· K2/K3 Teacher

· K4/K5 Teacher

 

Secondary School

 

· English and Social Studies for Grades 6-10 (to be able to teach an additional subject like Music, Art and/or IT would be an advantage)

· Science Teacher for Grades 6-12 (to be able to teach AP-Physics/Chemistry)

 

The Al Akhawayn School of Ifrane (ASI) is a private, co-educational, pre-K-12 school designed primarily to educate the children of the national and international staff and faculty of Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane. The school offers an English-language curriculum modeled on the American system to approximately 100 students (2010-2011 academic year), and is presently staffed by twelve full-time and three part-time teachers, most of whom are U.S. citizens. While English is the main language of instruction, Arabic and French are also taught. The school is equipped with modern classrooms, science and computer labs, a library, and athletic facilities. The school has its own campus in Ifrane, yet is an integral part of Al Akhawayn University and operates in accordance with the University’s mission, regulations, and administrative procedures.

 

The school is located in Ifrane amidst the Middle Atlas Mountains surrounded by the National Parks of Ifrane and Azrou, about 60km away from the imperial cities of Fez and Meknes. The school and its surroundings are very safe, as is traveling in Morocco in general. From the airport in Fez one can easily fly with low-budget airlines to all major cities in Europe. ASI offers a competitive salary and housing. Teaching couples & teachers with children are encouraged to apply. Ability to speak French and/or Arabic is a plus.
