PED 1201 Physical Education : Fitness for Living 2(1-2)
This course provides information about the five basic components of health-related fitness : cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Active classroom participation and laboratory experiences include exercise techniques and injury prevention.
