  • Isabel Eddouks graduated Master of Arts from Folkwang University of Arts (Essen/Germany) as a professional flutist for Symphony Orchestra. She holds a second Master degree as Cultural- and Media Manager from the KMM-Institute at the University of Music and Theater (Hamburg/Germany), which adds to her artistic education the areas of law and economics, politics and society, communication and organization, as well as education and career. Mrs. Eddouks is a certified ALP trainer of the Reflexive Music Academy (New Jersey/U.S.A). She teaches the ALP Method since 2013 in Morocco and Europe in cooperation with institutions like the Goethe Institute, Musicians without Borders, ENACTUS, AIESEC, and led conferences to inspire creativity, innovation and cultural change in several universities and with TEDx Kenitra, TEDx ENIM, TEDx AUI. ALP stands for Active Listening Playground, and the method is an innovative tool to inspire cultural change within organizations through Reflexive Music, created and developed by Keren Rosenbaum (www.reflexivemusicacademy.com). Isabel Eddouks teaches Music since 2015 in different grade levels at ASI. She is part of the administration since 2017 and leads several initiatives to ensure that students and faculty can learn and work according to ASI’s vision, mission and ethos. Mrs. Eddouks also serves as Senior Project advisor for 12th grade, a special class in which students choose their own projects according to their personal motivations (https://alpmorocco.wixsite.com/asi-senior-project).
