Application and Registration Procedure
Step 1 Application and Supporting Documents: Upon initial enquiries, the necessary information and application forms will be supplied to parents. Should parents decide to proceed, the following are required:
- Completed application forms (Student Admission Form - Formulaire admission)
- A photocopy of the child’s identity card, passport or birth certificate
- A completed health record
- A current photo
- Records of the last two years of previous school attendance
- Academic records from previous schools when applicable
Once the forms are returned providing the necessary information to the school, the parents/students will be contacted to let them know if the file is complete and proceed to step 2.
Step 2 Admission/Placement Test/Associated Fees: A non-refundable application fee of 2,500 DH and 1,000 DH entrance test fee for a total of 3,500 per child is payable (by cash or bank deposit) to the school at this point in the procedure. Arrangements for an entrance/placement exam will be made for children age 6 and above. The entrance test fee is only applicable to children 6 and above.
Step 3 Admission Decision, Placement, Fees and Tuition Due: After the entrance exam has been taken and processed, parents will be informed as to whether their child’s application has been successful and at which grade level they will be assigned. If admission is granted, all fees are immediately due; 30% of tuition is due trimester 1, 40% trimester 2; and 30% trimester 3.
Once a student is admitted to the Al Akhawayn School of Ifrane, all fees and tuition payment arrangements should be made as outlined in the financial document you should have previously received. Questions about tuition and fees should be directed to the ASI administration office.
**Admission to ASI cannot be determined until all required documentation and steps have been received and all school admission procedures have been conducted**.
