Student Employment Eligibility

Student employment is available to enrolled students having completed a minimum of 30 credits for undergraduates and 12 credits for graduates with a CGPA above 3.00/4.00. You may also be aware that part time job is no longer automatically guaranteed from one semester to another. Rather, it is contingent upon student's demonstrated financial need, work-study performance evaluation, and vacancies available as well as academic achievement.

Students are not allowed to benefit from 2 part time job positions at the same time except by authorization from the Vice President for Student Affairs. This program is not available during the summer session.
