The University policy bank is structured in chapters. Chapters represent the general topics that encompass many individual policies. For example, chapter "Financial Management" includes policies that relate to travel reimbursement, business trip orders, and procurements.

Each policy chapter contains both policies that have been through the formal development process of the University Policy Unit (UPU), which are numbered, as well as those developed, owned and hosted by their respective units, which are not numbered. Each numbered policy has its own page on this site, and all unnumbered policy is listed on a single page of "Other" policies within each chapter.
