The Program

The program prepares students for leading roles in the development of skilled and productive workforce in Moroccan and International organizations.

Who is the Program For?

The program is offered for students who hold the Baccalaureate or any equivalent secondary school diploma, and who are interested in:

  • pursuing a career in the field of HRD.
  • gaining a broad range of knowledge and skills related to human resource issues in organizations.
  • progressing to Masters or Doctoral-level studies in HRD or related fields.

Program Description

The HRD program takes four years to complete and consists of the various components listed below, each designed to give students specific skills or essential knowledge while providing them with a wide choice of courses:

  • University Core Courses in the fields of humanities, natural and social sciences provide students with a solid liberal arts education and enable them to improve theoretical and communication skills in English, Arabic and French.
  • School Core Courses teach students analytical skills, critical thinking and research methodology.
  • HRD courses introduce students to the field of HRD and focus on developing the core competencies needed in the job market.
  • Concentration courses allow students to specialize either in human development within organizations or in the social environment of Morocco.
  • Minors in Business Administration are recommended, but the program allows alternative minors in International Studies, Communication, Women and Development or Computer Science.
The program leaves a wide option of additional courses from which students may choose. It culminates with a required internship in the workplace as well as a capstone project.

Career Opportunities

Our program prepares graduates for positions as organizational change consultants, trainers, and performance improvement specialists in businesses and public sector organizations in Morocco and abroad.

Financial Aid

Financial assistance is available upon request for students demonstrating academic merit and financial need. This assistance may include grants, loans or work-study.
