INCUBATOR FACILITIES AND SERVICES
For the pre-incubation period The University has a 100 m² within the campus. We will provide every tenant companies with an office area of 6-8 m².
For the incubation period, successful companies will be offered a larger space up to 60 m². 1000 m2 of incubation space are located off AUI campus at approximately 3Km from AUI campus, on the road to Meknes, in a very quite and tranquil area. The buildings are under around the clock surveillance. Employees of tenant companies can enter the buildings 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. (Outside the University campus which will host the MAVRIT). Each space will be equipped with utilities (network connection, fast internet access, firewall, phone, fax, heaters) as well as desk, computers...

The tenant comapnies will benefit from the academic facilities of Alakhawayn University. These later include:
- 3 Auditoriums, with seating capacities of 500, 200, and 80
- 30 conference rooms, with seating capacity for 20 persons
- Software Library including Oracle/SQLServer and Oracle Development suite. ASI will also negotiate attractive license agreements for tenant-companies
- Alakhawayn University Library which contains over 40,000 full-text scientific and technical journals in the following fields: Computer Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering , Economics, Business, and Management Science, Energy and Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Life Sciences, Materials Science, Mathematics, Physics.
- On-line access to various electronic research Databases.
Al Akhawayn University is planning to create with the support the government the MAVRIT “Middle Atlas Valley Research & Innovation Technology”. Universities My Smail (Meknes) and Ben Abdellah (Fes) are the university partners in this project.
