TITLE II
THE UNIVERSITY BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND THE PRESIDENT
Article 3: The University shall be administered by the Board of Trustees. It shall be managed by the President of the University.

The Board of Trustees
Article 4: The Board of Trustees of the University shall have all the powers necessary to fulfill the missions of the University and ensure its proper management, and for this purpose, it:
- lays down the general orientations of the University and enacts all necessary measures to implement them;
- prepares the University’s budget and accounts, decides on the utilization of revenues, sets the annual rates for tuition and fees and decides on grants and scholarships;
- lays down the regulations pertaining to the University’s teaching and research faculty as well as the administrative and technical staff. These regulations must be approved by the authority stipulated in Article 1 of this Dahir bearing law;
- decides on the establishment of Schools, Institutes and Research Centers and determines their mission;
- decides on setting up branches of the University;
- enacts bylaws for its own government and for the conduct of University affairs.
Article 5: The Board shall consist of a minimum of no less than twenty-six members and no more than fifty-six. Members of the Board shall bear the title of Trustees of the University.
The title of Trustee of the University shall be incompatible with the exercise of any administrative, teaching or research activity within the University.
