Student Housing

Applying for Housing

All freshmen must fill in a Housing Questionnaire. Students who wish to request a particular roommate, dorm or room, must fill in these information in the Housing Services Forms. They are processed once the student is admitted to the University. Full-time freshmen are required to reside on campus unless:

  1. They live with their parents/legal guardian and commuting to class from a reasonable distance.
  2. They are married and live with their spouse.
  3. They are aged of 21 prior to the first day of class for a given semester.
Studio and Single Occupancy Requests

Due to the limited number of studios and single rooms, Housing Services cannot satisfy all requests. However, Housing Services will make every effort to honor preference requests on a first-come-first-served basis. Applications are recorded on waiting lists.
With the purpose of enhancing openness and promoting transparency, all waiting lists – single and studio requests – are posted on the boards in all residence halls to keep students informed about the nature and ranking of their housing requests. Residents are called upon to check these lists and address their questions to the Housing Office. These lists are regularly updated by the Dorm Supervisors.

Thaddeus Wallin
-Exchange Student from University of Indianapolis, USA-

“The rooms are just big enough, the cleaning service is helpful and the housing officers and resident assistants are available.  Bathrooms, showers and heating are in every room.  Also, I had an amazing view of the Atlas Mountains from my room and most of the year the windows can be left open”
