Services
Cleaning and maintenance
- Common areas (stairs and hallways are cleaned daily). Maintenance problems (Electricity, plumbing, woodwork, etc) are to be reported to The Housing Officer, Mr. Mohamed Elakkaoui, (building 7). He can be reached at 035 86 20 45 or by email: m.elakkaoui@aui.ma. During weekends, maintenance requests should be reported to the Housing services at 3000 or 888/700.
Shuttle
- AUI provides van shuttle services between the university and off campus residences. The schedule is posted on every residence buildings.
Emergencies
- In case of emergency (illness, injury, etc.) during the day, call the University Infirmary, Building 26, extension 2057; After 8.00 PM or during the weekend, call the emergency numbers 555 or 3333 .A Housing officer on duty will be there to help you; as a last resort, you can always reach someone at the front gate or in the security and safety department 2155 or 2222.
- The university health services are provided at the University’s infirmary in Building 26. The university emergency services provide assistance in transferring patients to the university health center.
