PAYMENT PROCEDURES OF APPLICATION, TOEFL AND CONFIRMATION FEES
In order to avoid any inconvenience in your payment process, would you please:
- Go to the nearest Post Office
- Pay the amount through “Mandati Express”
- Once you start filling out the post office form, please make sure you clearly indicate your full name. Your payment should be sent to “Business office Al Akhawayn University”.
- Open your personal account using your login name and password
- Click on “Apply Online” on your left menu
- Click on the type of payment you wish to make: “Application Payment” for application payment, “TOEFL payment” for the TOEFL payment and “Confirmation Payment” for the confirmation deposit
- Click on the “Next Page” to validate your information then click on “Next Page”
- Select the amount of your payment
- Enter your payment code or ID as it is mentioned in your receipt provided by the post office
- Click on the Calendar (Icon) to enter the exact date in which you have executed your payment
- Click on “Next Page” to review your payment information
- In the “Submit Application”, enter your email address and click on the button “Submit Application”
- An acknowledgment Email will be sent to your Email account

FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES
Go to www.westernunion.com and use your credit card.
When sending Western Union money orders, please send the money order in the name of: Samira Rhioui at Al Akhawayn University, Ifrane, Morocco.
Western union will give you an MTCN number that you need to email to us to pick up the money from the post office on campus. The email to send the number to is obs@aui.ma
