Graduate Application

Deferred Enrollment

Admitted candidates unable to attend AUI during the academic term for which they were admitted, but nevertheless want to attend the following semester, must apply in writing to the Office of Admissions for deferred enrollment. The University may grant or refuse the deferred enrollment request. In case it is granted, the candidate will have to meet the following requirements:

• Produce a minimum TOEFL score of 530 (71 IBT) or 420 (36 IBT) for admission to the Language Center

• Graduates need a TOEFL of 550 (79 IBT) or 450 (45 IBT) 500 (61 IBT) for MAISD students) for admission to the Language Center

• Pay a non-refundable deposit of 5000 DH before the application deadline of the following semester.

The non-refundable deposit is credited toward applicable tuition and fee charges for the next semester.

Students failing to meet these requirements within the prescribed deadlines will forfeit their chances of joining AUI. Deferred enrollment can be granted for up to two semesters, after which the candidate must re-apply for admission.
